Also, let's stop calling #Disney's live-action re-dos "remakes" because they are demakes: photorealistic-ish CGI is a less capable medium than other #animation styles. It was obvious with The Lion King but it's always true. The beauty of animation (be it "traditional" or #CGI) is the ability to depart from physical constraints to make characters more expressive and tell stories that would be impractical on film.

Restricting your storytelling to one of the least expressive artstyles out there cannot elevate the story, only weight it down with steel boots. Remember how much the novel animation style + expressive faces contributes to #Nimona and #KPopDemonHunters. The Disney style would have made them very dull.
