Finished this piece on watercolor paper today. Once it's dry, I'll cut it free of the block, a satisfying process.

Woohoo! I'm going back to the Maker Faire! In celebration, I decided to reflect on what got be started: The Cell! So I'm imagining some cell membranes and proteins in today's #inkyDays drawing.
Here's an in-progress shot.

I've been playing with lizard motifs, on watercolor paper, for a little while now. They're fun to draw and are distracting me from all the bad things going on out there. They want us miserable, and I refuse to be that. So I'm drawing, a lot.
Some peaceful little fish swim across my sketchbook in today's #inkyDays drawing.
I also made some progress on lizard patterns on watercolor paper, which are now posted for my supporters on Patreon and Ko-fi:

For today's #inkyDays drawing, I wanted to try something new. So I played with some shapes inspired by lizards. But they ended up looking vaguely neural.

Going with a comforting floral pattern for today's #inkyDays drawing. I loved the color combination, and needed more comforting, so I did a big one on watercolor paper too.
Here's an in-progress shot.

As much as I enjoyed visiting Santa Fe, I'm so very happy to be home again. I drew today's #inkyDays drawing while waiting to board the plane home.
Using one of my new travel pens to draw today's #inkyDays pattern, while having lunch at El Patio in Albuquerque today. I think this 'sculpture' is a bike rack. Whatever it is, I love these. The one in front of El Patio, was yarn bombed.
I've started new posts for my supporters, where I'll be posting this month's daily drawings: https://www.patreon.com/posts/133159646

I liked today's #inkyDays drawing so much that I decided to try it on watercolor paper. Here's an in-progress shot.
Falling back on a comforting floral pattern for today's #inkyDays drawing. I'm loving how these inks are playing together. So I did a few flowers, in the same inks, on watercolor paper. I also finished some other pieces I've been working on for the past few days
And that's a wrap for this month of daily drawings. They're all posted now, for my supporters, on Patreon and Ko-fi:

Playing with this fascinating ink for today's #inkyDays drawing. This ink looks like a dark green when it's wet, but dries to a dark brown. I chose this pattern because I thought it might be interesting over the splotches from a spill-disaster that happened yesterday.

Playing with this lovely ink again, with a spiral-growth pattern for today's #inkyDays drawing.

Playing with a gorgeous ink named "Brilliant Beanstalk", in today's #inkyDays drawing. It has a bit of shimmer to it. I liked it so much that I decided to try it on watercolor paper in a couple different sizes.
Here's an in-progress shot.

I loved how today's #inkyDays drawing turned out. So I did some on watercolor paper, and added them to my shop: https://www.artatomic.io/product/original-drawing-of-blue-and-pink-floral-pattern-in-ink-small-/90
Going back to an abstraction of Haversian sysytems in today's #inkyDays drawing. And I finally finished this big piece with nested inclusions today.

Today, I felt the need to draw some dancing starfish. So I did.
Going a little more plant-like with the Haversian system pattern I've been playing with, in today's #inkyDays drawing. The ink color I chose today reminded me of root systems.
