One of the coolest things about my work right now is that I've made it so easy for people to learn how to create OKRs + connected strategies that after an "unexpectedly easy" process of learning, and a cycle or two of independent implementation, clients are looping back for support with actively changing their culture to increase goal achievement...
... which is my mission.
A few years ago, that was a theory.
Today it's *in practice.*
And that feels pretty neato.
