Listening to @openuk's manifesto launch today am struck by 2 things:
– how far the conversation & energy has come. Will never forget going to the Liverpool Labour Party conference during the Corbyn years & being told by Baroness Young at an event about #nonprofittech that FOSS is idealistic as no-one gets paid.
– hearing Richard Hanson Graville of #Heatweb talk of saving 50,000 tonnes of carbon with FOSS boiler software & picturing the potential of an open source, problem-solving new government.

#introduction I mostly engage here on #knitting #pkm #obsidian and related topics, with a bit of #antireligion #uspolitics ranting and activism.
