This summer's heat and humidity have been especially tough on my lupus. I use an app to track my energy levels each morning on a scale of 1-5, where 5 means I can do a lot before hitting the fatigue wall, and lower scores mean fewer energy reserves. Yesterday I scored a 2, today just a 1 - haven't seen numbers that low in months!
