Puuh... #WingsForLifeWorldRun für mich kürzlich beendet.
5km waren mein Ziel, 9.90km habe ich geschafft.
Bin glücklich.
Na mal schauen was mein "Laufwerk" morgen dazu sagt.
Nächstes Mal hoffentlich dann trainierter.
Nun auf die Couch und den Besten der Besten zuschauen.
Würde mich freuen, wenn bei den Männern wieder Japan zu den Schnellsten zählt.
