No more stalling, time for the first page of my minni comic. >.<
I want to experiment with drawing comics. And oh boy, this took a long time, even though I cut corners wherever possible.
Morning run.
Started under the clouds, but got into the sun once I climbed high enough. In specific figures, started at 53m above sea level and got up to 671m.
Different to what I am used to, amazing landscape.

Lief unter den Wolken los, doch kam in die Sonne als ich hoch genug gestiegen war. In Zahlen, begann bei 53m ü. M und erreichte 671m.
Anders als was ich gewohnt bin, fantastische Landschaft.
Something goofy going on with my Sunday runs. It used to be my go-to day for a long run. Cut it short today as I was struggling. Only managed to get that time due to the long downhill at the end!
Oh well. At least I got out there.

Easy 3 from yesterday - back was fine but left knee was troublesome but stil I got out - just finished a gym workout
and now for a day date wif d mrs - there wil b food

A nice run into the woods after work. Gives me some boost after a not-so-nice day in the office.
It should have been a slow run at 8:00/8:30 but I seem unable to do it. I'm such a disappointmet for my training program! But, hey! I'm happy!
Night run on the E35 route was cute, wet, new and with awesome company. We started in Burglauenen tiny bit before midnight, went through the rain up to Wengen, snaked through the village to find our way under the Männlichen gondola, said hi to the wooden cow there, traversed to Kleine Scheidegg, then tiny bit up to Eigergletscher, and wheee down through the waterfalls to Grindelwald.
I do not #run, but have been meaning for years to add some #anaerobic activity in my life...
A colleague of mine shared about his latest #running achievement (10Km).
I was tempted to share how he inspired me and to commit myself - with my team as witnesses (common psychologic trick)..
However, I decided to keep quiet - and to rely on pure #selfMotivation to drive myself to try running a bit.
My #selfDiscipline succeeded and this week I managed to #run twice - nearly a mile each time!

Update on my race prediction times:
I calculated the r exponent with my training data (best time on each rounded km workout and races) and plotted it against garmin predictions and the difference is huge!
But garmin has overestimated the times on the two races I have done (I need to find in the api the historical race predictions) and i think it doesnt account for elevation, so i need to find a better way to make predictions.
Tips on methods welcomed!
