Seven years ago today I convinced a handful of fellow Linux and open source peeps to join me on top of a mountain after LAS. 
I look forward to attending the next LAS, wherever and in whatever shape it may take place!

@douginamug @irdi @opensuse @wikimediafoundation @librelabs @FLOSSK @LAS @gnome we've been co-organising #floss, digital pricacy and open knowledge (small and larger) events for years and I've never seen this happening. Istanbul and Tirana are two different cities, with the later being much much smaller, so people into floss know each other. We never got any news other than randomly online. Like not being informed in purpose. Being angry is the least one can do. #las2025 #linuxappsummit.

I've been accepted as a speaker at @LAS to talk about GNOME Circle. I was excited to travel to Albania and have my talk there but the Linux App Summit hasn't been answering any of my emails! Since I'm from Iran, I really need an Invitation Letter to be able to get my visa (e-visa) since Albania does not give visas to Iranians so easily, and it needs lots of paperwork (and also no embassy in Iran). I emailed LAS on 11th March...
