Der Staatsanwalt & Richter am Berufungsgericht in #Lecce, Giuseppe Biondi, hat in einer Entscheidung über Verlängerung der Haft zweier Migranten im CPR #Restinco die Verfassungsmäßigkeit des im Dez 2024 in ein Gesetz umgewandelten #DecretoFlussi in Frage gestellt und das Urteil ausgesetzt.

Der Beschluss benennt 4 Gründe, die nun vom Verfassungsgericht geprüft werden müssen:

Woke up from my nap and went for dinner. It really is the very low season here, many restaurants are closed for weeks. I had meatballs in a nice small restaurant, there goes my attempt to avoid meat. Rain and thunder this evening, likely rainy tomorrow, too. Friday will be nice. #Lecce
