Musk blows another of his StarShit rockets. Eight flights and he can't even make orbit. Saturn V performed flawlessly since it's maiden flight and that's the rocket that got man to the Moon and that was over 55 years ago, before he was even born ... Musk is a loser and a con man. The fascist narcissistic sociopath is only good at two things: sucking government money and ...

@mastodonmigration @cosmos4u Musk is a loser and a con man ... Saturn V performed flawlessly since it's maiden flight and that's the rocket that got man to the Moon and that was over 55 years ago, before he was even born ... The fascist narcissistic sociopath is only good at two things: sucking government money and conning investors. I'm sure that convicted felon Orange criminal will provide him with many more billions of tax payer money so he can keep blowing them up ...

Another shitty week for FElon. #Tesla stock keep plummeting, the sales are down double digits in Europe, America and China while competition overtakes Tesla, anti-Tesla protests keep intensifying, and top Tesla insiders like Tesla chair Robyn Denholm dumping the stock.

I have some interesting numbers for you!

The median household net worth in the US is $192,700. An average household is 2.5 people, so that means a typical American has $77,080 in total assets (not cash, of course).

Elon Musk currently has around $431 billion. That's 5,591,593 times the average.

In our capitalist society, we're told to "vote with our dollars" and let the "free market" decide everything.

Campaign contributions are "free speech," and the richest candidate wins around 89% of the time.

So Elon Musk counts as 5.6 million people. If he were a state, he'd be the 23rd biggest.

The obvious conclusion to draw here is this: We need major campaign finance reform.

Forget killing Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, research grants, USAID, etc. How much money could we save as a society by putting a hard cap on campaign expenses and outlawing paid political advertisments?
