Meta's Open washing predates the OSAID, and OSI have been fighting it for almost two years now! The OSAID is the best tool to win that fight.

2. not be allowed to be used for military, etc., purposes
Any AI that is open source (i.e., complies with the OSAID) cannot also have purpose limitations in its licensing, including restricting military usage.
