In this paper, EUA proposes a #research, #education and #innovation partnership for #competitiveness, a dialogue between those that form the basis of Europe’s knowledge and those that can create better framework conditions to develop and spread this knowledge base: a partnership for competitiveness built on co-creation and dialogue and with respect for the missions and goals of all.
