Fighting technology being used to replace workers and reduce the quality in output goes hand in hand with studying what technology can be used to increase quality and satisfaction in one’s craft, thus making one hopefully more resilient to workplace dynamics. I’ve been building embedded software, I’ve been building back in software, I’ve been building web software and e-commerce.
