1. #KamalaHarris is sworn-in as the 47th #POTUS.
2. #Democrats get a #SuperMajority in the #House and #Senate
3. Democrats use their Super Majority to admit #PuertoRico and #DC as the 51st and 52nd State.
4. The #SCOTUS is expanded from 9 justices to 13 justices, with the 4 new justices being all liberal.
5. #RoeVWade is codified into law.
6. #QualifiedImmunity is outlawed.
7. Donald #Trump and his entire family is imprisoned.
8. Elon #Musk has his citizenship revoked and is deported back to South Africa

When speaking to supporters from the swing state, where both #Trump & VP #KamalaHarris have doubled efforts to capture the #election count in Nov, Trump lamented the criticism aimed at #SCOTUS’ #conservative #supermajority & said it should be “illegal.”

“They were very brave, the #SupremeCourt. Very brave. And they take a lot of hits because of it,” Trump said. “It should be illegal, what happens.“

#UKGeneralElection propaganda in newspapers & on the WWW that tries to scare you about a "supermajority" is lying to you.

In countries such as the U.S., Germany, Ireland, and France, the written constitutions specify that a few things can only be enacted if ⅗, ⅔, or even ¾ agree. That is what a #supermajority is.

There is no such thing in the U.K. Parliament. Anything over ½ counts.

Remember that this was even true for constitutionally fundamental things such as Brexit.

While lower courts have relied on the #Chevron in tens of thousands of cases evaluating #FederalRules, #regulations & orders, #conservatives have balked at the legal #precedent, & the approach has fallen out of favor since #SCOTUS moved to the #FarRight. The court’s #conservative #supermajority includes 3 justices nominated by the #criminal #Trump, whose admin put a premium on judges skeptical of federal government power & the so-called “administrative state.”
