Ralf Stubner
Hi @rOpenSci,
I have a pre-pre-submission question. I am considering taking my experience from building {dqrng} to create a new package that brings a modern, fast RNG to R. And I thought it would be a good idea to submit it to #ROpenSci for review. However, none of the available categories seem to be a good match here. Maybe "Probability Distributions", but that is not a proper category on its own, right? Is there another category that i am missing? Or is an improved RNG not in scope?
