With double penalty for Sunday morning.
One morning a week, without the power tools, lawn mowers, anything that beeps when backing up, construction noises, random excessive noise.

No puddle this, the lake was still, calm, silent, stately. It didn't have to say anything to inspire the same feelings in those who saw it; it simply had to be.

Dear "@why2025camp",

before registereing to #why2025, I have a question that I need to be resolved.

I have heard from more #sensitive people about the #CCCcamp‍s, that even in the "#quiet" #sleeping areas noise from the #party was penetrating -- especially the #bass, which also cannot really be blocked by earplugs, making it not really possible for them to #sleep. Every #night. (Other not-so-sonsitive people did not really notice, but I am one of the sensitive people, too.)

The night paints the river in beautiful hues as the full moon is reflected upon its surface. Off in the distance crickets sing and a lone, owl hoots. This magical & moody scene is a composite of two of my photos and inspired by Where the Crawdads Sing.
