algernus very much sleepus<p>I've been using <a href="https://come-from.mad-scientist.club/tags/qbittorrent" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>qBittorrent</span></a> as my torrent client, and am generally happy with it, except for one thing: it's a Qt application, and looks a bit out of place on my otherwise GNOME-ish desktop.</p><p>So I'm going to look at how to have a torrent client with the features I need, with a GNOME-ish look. What kind of features do I need?</p><ol><li>I want to have categories for my torrents, so that whenever I add a new torrent, it'll be placed in the directory of the category.</li><li>I want to be able to control seeding time globally, and per-torrent.</li><li>Same for download &amp; upload speeds.</li><li>I want to be able to select which files of a torrent to download (if I can also assign a priority to them, even better).</li><li>Gives me an overview of my torrents (name, size, progress, down speed, ETA, category, and when it was added)</li></ol><p>qBittorrent gets me all this, and more. I'd like something similar, but with a GNOME UI. I don't care if it is a frontend for qBittorrent, or another torrent client, I'd just like a GNOMEish UI.</p><p>Lets see if I find anthing...</p>
