Sunset at South Stack

This place always takes my breath away, mainly because it’s always incredibly windy and I have asthma.

Today's #MountainMonday is from the highest mountains, the #Himalayas. On the photo Machapuchure emerging from the clouds. Photo taken on the way to ABC.

Misty clouds swirl around the majestic peak of Machapuchare in the Himalayas, its snow-capped summit piercing the sky like a silent guardian cloaked in mystery. In the foreground, rugged, shadowed slopes rise steeply, their earthy tones contrasting with the ethereal veil of mist that partially obscures the mountain, creating a dramatic and dreamlike landscape.

'Das Besondere im Alltäglichen' #FotoVorschlag

Auch wenn des Winzers Weinreben noch eher kahl aussehen, so sind sie dieses Jahr besonders früh dran. Dank der herrlichen Sonne wachsen und gedeihen sie prächtig, ebenso wie die Gräser, Pflanzen und Blumen um sie herum. Da macht es nochmal deutlich mehr Spaß, den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick in Richtung Vogesen zu genießen.

Zum #Fotomontag soll uns allen ein #Licht aufgehen. Oder gleich vier

Schwarz-Weiß-Foto. Blick von unten durch ein Treppenhaus nach oben. Das Treppenhaus ist so gebaut, dass die Geländer an die Form einer Glühbirne erinnern, ganz oben fällt Tageslicht durch ein ebenfalls glühbirnenförmiges Fenster herein, so dass es aussieht, als ob die Führung leuchtet. Zusätzlich sieht man noch drei andere Lampen, zwei am unteren und eine am oberen Bildrand.
