LTR and RTL just came to my mind. <a href="https://karlsruhe-social.de/tags/osm2pgsql" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>osm2pgsql</span></a> will likely also support utf-8 in table names and indexes %-/</p>
