No hay ningún motivo racional para que las administraciones públicas, en un gran porcentaje, sigan pagando costosísimas licencias a #microsoft para usar #windows o #microsoftoffice habiendo como hay alternativas más que solventes de software libre y código abierto.

Y justamente ese es el problema: nunca se trata de una cuestión racional. El modelo de las grandes tecnológicas, por mucho que nos pese, ha conquistado el imaginario popular.

Se trata de una guerra cultural en toda regla.
