Heugelijk en spannend nieuws! Ik mag spreken op Open Source Summit Europe 2025. Het praatje dat ik heb ingediend gaat over de noodzaak van het doorontwikkelen van/ contribueren aan de publiccode.yml standaard.
Als we het Europese software ecosysteem in kaart willen brengen moeten zorgen dat het inzichtelijk is wat het stukje software precies doet waar je naar kijkt.
Daarnaast is er een cultuurverandering nodig; we moeten af van de not-invented-here mentaliteit.
You would expect that #LinuxFoundation lived up to their own credo and that their own tools would thus be sustainable open-source.
Not so much looks like. They say: "You do the coding. LFX does the managing"

The #LinuxFoundation continues to be the worst. They cannot handle a voting member for a company using an email address that is not using the company domain, so now I need to have two Linux Foundation accounts.
And this means I now need to unsubscribe from all of the spam email lists that LF puts you on the instant that you give them an email address.
