Ziel war es, Evidenzen zu der Frage nach den Kosten und Chancen einer lebenszyklusoptimierten Bauweise bereit zu stellen. Im Ergebnis steht fest: </p><p>✅ Eine lebenszyklusoptimierte Bauweise ist nicht notwendigerweise teurer ist, sondern das Einhalten von Lebenszyklus-THG-Referenz- bzw. Anforderungswerten ist bereits heute mit deutlich günstigeren Baukosten realisierbar. <br>✅ Ein grundsätzlicher Zusammenhang zwischen niedrigen CO2-Emissionen durch den Betrieb von Wohngebäuden und den höheren Baukosten lässt sich nicht bestätigen. Das jüngst veröffentlichtes Gutachten <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/EEM2025" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EEM2025</span></a> zum Stand der Energiewende 🚥 zeigt einmal mehr: <br>▶️ jenseits der Stromwende 💚 ...<br>▶️ sind alle anderen Indikatoren 🟡 bis 🔴 !<br>▶️ Insbesondere die mit <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Energieeffizienz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Energieeffizienz</span></a> zusammenhängenden Indikatoren haben klare rote Zielverfehlung!!! Oder etwas sperriger: "Bereiche, in denen die Ziele der Energiewende mit den aktuell absehbaren Maßnahmen sehr wahrscheinlich nicht erreicht werden, sind mit rot markiert. Dies trifft auf die Dimension Energiesicherheit sowie auf <br>die Unterdimensionen Energiesektor im Überblick, Netze und Energieeffizienz zu."</p><p>Nötig ist also viel mehr Augenmerk auf die Nachfrageseite, und zwar sowohl beim <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Endenergieverbrauch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Endenergieverbrauch</span></a>, als auch bei der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/W%C3%A4rmewende" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Wärmewende</span></a> und dem <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/Geb%C3%A4udesektor" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Gebäudesektor</span></a>! Und wenn die o.g. Indikatoren seit Jahren gem. der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/EEM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EEM</span></a> verfehlt werden, wäre ggf. auch mal ein grundsätzliches Hinterfragen angeraten, ob die bisherigen Strategien generell ausreichen oder geeignet sind!
