There are a few block lists out there already for obnoxious AI crawlers. Has anyone put out a reliable laravel package to gate them and stay up-to-date?

Do you know the difference between `e()`, `htmlspecialchars()`, & `htmlentities()`, and can we just use `e()` for everything?

#Laravel boost was just recently launched. If you’re someone that uses Laravel and #AI I highly recommend checking it out as it is supposed to give your agents a much stronger foundation for working with Laravel projects. The talk at #Laracon2025 on this showed it off and it seems like it should help guide the agent into having a better understanding of the Laravel ecosystem.
The writing was on the wall the moment #Laravel raised USD $60M from investments.
Eventually they would have to shove in #AI because of shareholders.

Anyone happen to be looking for a programmer who hasn't been completely consumed by all-AI-everything by any chance? Freelance or hired, remote (based in Germany). I speak German and English and mostly worked with #PHP, #Laravel, #Kirby CMS, #Vue, #Svelte and a bit of native mobile dev (Swift and Kotlin), too.
I know the chances are slim given *everything in the world*, but maybe this time #getfedihired might work out? Boost super appreciated. Feel free to DM or email at skye@lavenderbits.com
Don't forget to disable Debug Mode on world-accessible Apps!
It may seem obvious, you'd be surprised just how often I come across websites where debug mode is enabled, and what it allows an attacker to do...

Yesterday I met a good friend which is a #java developer actually a #SprintBoot developer, Me as a #Ruby on #Rails developer and with few drinks, I couldn't help but ask him to teach me how to use Spring Boot and the compare with Rails
1. Time ago I don't read and code java, it was weird but I recall good times.
2. Ruby is awesome and easy to read, Java is readable but more complex
3. Rails is in Spring boot partly but #Laravel is better being similar to Rails

This is your periodic reminder to ensure bcrypt rounds is set to 12 (or higher)!
Laravel's default was increased from 10 to 12 2 years ago, so if you're working on an older codebase, make sure you've updated `bcrypt.rounds`.

The Custom #Tenant Code Nightmare (And How to Wake Up)
Managing dozens of customer branches wastes 40% of development time on merges instead of features
Custom Views: Use fallback patterns
or customer-specific directories for branding without logic changes Custom Services: Swap implementations via dependency injection - same interface, different providers

Never store your access keys in Git, especially not in the code – do programmers need to be taught this?!??
