It's as big as a pack of cigarettes. In other words, the planet is accessible for nothing.</p><p>Unfortunately, there's almost no one in this mode.</p><p>I'm convinced that this digital mode is very inclusive for young people, for radio amateurs who don't want to have a big gun station, for those who have little monney, or for those who don't operate in CW.</p><p>So what ?</p>
TA4/M0KHR<p>It is very interesting to see <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/js8call" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>js8call</span></a> being taken up by the CB crowd.</p><p>The bright green stations are 27MHz - this is the last 15 minutes.</p>
Mike :radio_tower: KO4ERE<p>Hi folks! By way of the <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/introductions" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>introductions</span></a> tag, I'm a <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/general" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>general</span></a> class ham in the Washington DC area. I work my IC7300 off a MFJ 10-40 <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/EFHW" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EFHW</span></a> and Z100plus tuner. I have some of the absolute worst mic shyness on the planet so I tend to stick to <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/FT8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FT8</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/JS8call" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>JS8call</span></a>, though sometimes I venture outside at obscene hours to wave my <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/yagi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>yagi</span></a> antenna at the sky and talk through a <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/satellite" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>satellite</span></a>.</p>
