I recall 1990s studies that found machine-mediated sketching (using tablet, stylus or mouse) lowered #creativity compared to sketching by hand on paper.

Increasing org agility requires a meaningful redistribution of decision authority. It requires, as Andy Grove noted, that decision authority be pushed down to the lowest level responsibly possible.
