Daniel Kastinen<p>A time-lapse of a few nights ago taken by the <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/meteor" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>meteor</span></a> camera I have installed on the roof of my institute. Almost every clear night has been full of <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/aurora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>aurora</span></a> the last few weeks 😁 </p><p>The goal is to install 10-14 of these system across northern <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/sweden" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sweden</span></a> and start catching much more meteors with determined orbits (and ones that were also observed by other instruments) and possibly find <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/meteorites" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>meteorites</span></a>! </p><p>(And as a nice side-effect I get lots of cool videos of aurora and polar stratospheric clouds too)</p><p><a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/allsky7" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>allsky7</span></a> <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/physics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>physics</span></a> <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/irf" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>irf</span></a> <a href="https://astrodon.social/tags/kiruna" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>kiruna</span></a></p>
