stib<p>Hey have any of you fine fedifolx had experience of converting original wooden framed sash windows to double glazing? We have an old house with a few bay windows with wooden sash frames. They're nice, but they're cold. I understand there are companies that make double glazed panes for wooden windows, are they super expensive? The alternative is putting perspex or similar over them, but I feel like that will be a temporary measure, and will just mean we'll want to do them properly later on.<br><a href="https://aus.social/tags/renovation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>renovation</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/insulation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>insulation</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DIY</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/AskFedi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AskFedi</span></a></p>
