Will 🏳️🌈<p>I had to return my sleep assistance device (ASV, similar to BiPAP and a bit like CPAP) today.</p><p>Insurance requires you use the machine at least 4 hours a day 70% of the time. I’ve been getting 1.5 to 3 hours of broken sleep a night with one day exception at 5.5 for a long time now.</p><p>I didn’t want the headspace of being told I am failing compliance, when the medical folks knew I have significant insomnia and irregular sleep wake rhythm disorder before I got the machine.</p><p>The sad thing is that I rather vibed with this machine.
