I always hear about compression artefacts but rarely noticed them, until recently.</p><p>You'd think higher compression is good for <a href="https://mamot.fr/tags/EnergyEfficiency" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EnergyEfficiency</span></a>. The impact of delaying the expansion of networking hardware is hard to assess.
