Petals in a candle

Three individual, warm white-yellow shimmering petals of a peony lie partly on top of each other in the shady centre of a white pillar candle. The rounded edges of the petals reflect the round edge of the candle against a dark background and somehow seem to fit in.

Drei einzelne warm weiß- gelblich schimmernde Blütenblätter einer Pfingstrose liegen zum Teil übereinander in der schattigen Mitte einer weißen Stumpenkerze. Die abgerundeten Kanten der Blätter spiegeln die runde Kante der Kerze vor einem dunklen Hintergrund und scheinen irgendwie dort hineinzupassen.
