It's tricky to keep terminology and phrases about technology out of character conversations when writing my story when there is no way the characters would know of it.

I kept using "under the radar" in the last two scenes. Although it takes place in the far future, the place where the characters live have never seen such a thing nor would have any use for it.

I had to go edit it out several places and find alternative words.

Oops!
