mrasd2k2<p>Although I can now barely reach the end of the second stage 😅, I finished Alien Breed 2 for <a href="https://mastodon.uno/tags/commodore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>commodore</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.uno/tags/amiga" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>amiga</span></a> without cheats or trainers sometime in 1994 (in easy mode, of course 😄). Anyhow, this is the only Alien Breed game I ever completed; not surprisingly, although published by Team17, the second iteration of "Gauntlet with Aliens" did not require a revised "Special Edition".</p><p>Note: the screenshots are taken from the (IMHO) more pleasant AGA version.</p>

Stege 🐃<p>Update: der besagte <a href="https://rollenspiel.social/tags/Amiga" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Amiga</span></a> befindet sich inzwischen in Berlin und auf meinem Tisch.</p><p>Das Gehäuse ist wie erwartet offen und das Flachbandkabel, dass da oben rausragt resultiert davon, dass da früher durch das geöffnete Gehäuse ein CD-Laufwerk (Double-Speed sic! iirc :D) angeschlossen war. 🙃 </p><p>Scheinbar ist meine Festplatte (letzte Nutzung Frühjahr 2001) sogar noch im Gerät. Der Platz im Gehäuse super eng. Ich muss mal schauen wie ich das auseinandergebaut bekomme ohne was kaputt zu machen. 🤔</p>

Charlie Balogh<p>ZuluSCSI "Blaster" RP2350B with WiFi and DAC modules.</p><p>There's an open source Amiga SANA-II driver for its Dayna SCSI/Link emulation, by <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mas.to/@RobSmithDev" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>RobSmithDev</span></a></span>, originally for the <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://hachyderm.io/@BlueSCSI" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>BlueSCSI</span></a></span> .</p><p>Sadly, it crashes my Amiga when the driver is closed by the TCP/IP stack.</p><p>Since it's based on the ZZ9000 driver by <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@mntmn" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>mntmn</span></a></span> and I fixed EXACTLY the same crash in there long ago, I looked into it.
