Und im Zivilprozess können die Parteien das Gericht sogar "zwingen", über einen fiktiven Sachverhalt zu entscheiden, indem sei einfach nicht vortragen, was wirklich passiert ist. </p><p>Von daher: kaum etwas ist so relativ, wie die Wahrheit vor Gericht.
