So hard to slow down. Good work day, and then home.</p>
Thomas<p>This was the 11th day cycling 100 km ( 62 miles) or a bit more, mostly after work. Before that my average used to be 75 km daily.</p><p>In my youth 100 km wouldn't have been much but I guess that age changes how fast muscles grow, adopt. Maybe it's because I cycle faster, more forceful.</p><p>During the last two weeks the shape of my thigh muscles has changed. Often they hurt, while cycling or while at rest. Bike ride to site, did a bunch of stuff, biked home, showered, had a snack, and got a call about something, so I biked back through the pea soup that is Ottawa air, did the thing, and biked home. Now extremely knackered.</p><p>Ordered pizza🎉</p>

The ride into site was hot, the AC in our trailer was a nice refuge when I could be in it, and the ride home, while longer, was even hotter. Tomorrow will be rough too.</p>

Then the Final Destination 5, and the freshly-released Final Destination Bloodlines. </p><p>Tomorrow is going to be a rough day to be outside. </p><p>Can haz winter please?</p>
