letterboxd.comA ★★★ review of Mountainhead (2025)Rich Dicks, The Movie. Starts off like a 90s David Mamet movie with some incisive dialogue and a handful of genuinely funny scenes. Alt title- Sausage Fest on Ice Mountain. Can't maintain its mometum considering its hour and 50 minute running time and the ending doesn't have the bite it wants to. It is fun to see Steve Carell play against type and Jason Schwartzman play completely on brand. A movie you like but you hoped to liked a lot more. Alt title- Ramy Youseff is in this so it's Not All White Guys.

I have become that "little old lady" who looks out her window at the neighbourhood. There is a man outside looking into the boot of a car (hatchback) and he is SUSPISH. I gave him a good looking at so I could describe him later. But it seems he is harmless, he lost his keys :redpanda_giggle: #watching

For anyone in the UK, my 11-y-o and I are having the best time watching the new Horrible Science show (with much of the same cast and writers as the last several Horrible Histories series)! It's hilarious and wacky & I really wish it had been around when I was a kid: bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/m00

Just started #watching season 1 of Creamerie. A dark kiwi comedy set in a Wellness dystopia after a global plague, which doesn't turn anyone into zombies, but did kill all males. Mostly not laugh out loud funny, but it's a relief to see some satire with a bit of bite again.

Watching it on TVNZ+ on a friend's. The ads are a bit annoying, but otherwise it's not too bad.
