Something that concerned me about UHC's "virtual healthcare assistant" is that even though it identifies it as a virtual healthcare assistant it doesn't fully explain what that means and it's programmed to sound human.
There will be people who miss that it's not real. Tons of reasons why: noise around you, in a rush, and just basic confusion about what a virtual healthcare assistant is.
