I thought that sharing my stats might help someone which is wondering if they should take a similar road :blobaviator: </p><p>For reference, I was before typing at a speed around 100-120 wpm, but my wrist was hurting so much that I was fearing I couldn't longer type in the long run... so it is a win for me, even if now I'm (for the moment) slower :ablobwob: Unfortunately, I started using MonkeyType with an account only after I changed the keyboard, and didn't think of taking a screenshot before... I can do it properly, but I generally don't. </p><p>What I actually do is a modified version of the *proper* way that is more comfortable for me personally. I tend to minimize the use of my pinky fingers. FrugalGamer<p><span>Recently I switched from the default keyboard on my Android phone to Simple Keyboard from the F-Droid app. It doesn't have autocorrect, word suggestions, swiping/gesture support, or spyware.<br><br>I originally switched for privacy reasons, but I've noticed that my frustration with phone typing has gone down drastically.
