This is going to come across as a bit prepper but it’s important for your safety.
Make a plan for when life gets untenable in the area you’re living.
Make a list of all the things you’ll need and put together a go bag.

Yours Is going to vary but mainly

Money (cash),
Meds/first aid kit
Documentation,
Food,
Transport bus,train,plane timetables
Clothing
Batteries
torch
Backup phone
Put it in an easily carried rucksack and keep it ready to go and things charged that need it

Think personal defence as well
What’s legal what’s not, what will get you in trouble just having try to keep what you need as legal as possible so you won’t get picked up for something silly.

Have a decamp plan make sure you know what your going to do and where your going to go and most important what you’ll do when the plan inevitably falls apart.

If you have a vehicle make sure it’s safe and serviced and legal.

Get up to date public transport timetables if you need them and check them regularly.
