Vor genau 22 Jahren habe ich mich sehr geärgert...

Der Grund war damals eine Gratis-Homepage, die ein Herr #Minister geschenkt bekam ... um 175k Euro.

Der Stein meines damaligen Anstoßes ist längst zu den Akten gelegt, die Staatsanwaltschaft befand, dass das alles super sauber war!

Genauso wie die "Yacht-Partie" mit #Meinl, sowie das Thema "Meinl International Power", die #Eurofighter Beschaffung, die Privatisierung der #Voest-Alpine, die Unterlassung von Meldungen zum #Aktienbesitz und #Honorarmeldungen etc..

Nur bei der #Buwog und #Terminal-Tower #Linz wurde der Übeltäter über mehrere Instanzen verurteilt.

Trotz Gehältern von ca. 1,5 Mio.€ und Honorarprovisionen von ca. 9 Mio.€ hat er nun Konkurs mit 21 Mio € angemeldet.
Hauptschuldner: der Staat.

Also werden die #Österreicherinnen auch noch diesen Betrag schultern.

SysctlTUI is Out!

The sysctl() system call can get or set the state of the system, the #FreeBSD kernel exposes the parameters for sysctl() as objects of a Management information Base (MIB).

sysctltui is a Text User Interface #sysctl #MIB explorer. It allow to view a parameter’s properties and get or set its value.

Fun fact: the way a 1980s #videogame console displays tile #graphics is pretty similar to how a 1980s #terminal or #computer displays text.

The screen is divided into rectangular cells. Each cell is drawn by looking up an index into an array of cell-sized images. For text, it's a glyph; for a video game, it's a tile.

On some machines, like the #Commodore64, text mode is just tile graphics mode with a pre-defined set of tiles.
