Finally saw 2001: A Space Odyssey
Here’s my synopsis:

Part 1: Ape men shouting. so much shouting

Part 2: the part everyone remembers with iconic space travel shots and HAL, which could’ve been a kick-ass movie

Part 3: Let’s experience what it’s like to do LSD, probably! Woohooo!

My review: a whole HOUR could’ve been edited out of this movie for PACING reasons, and nothing would’ve been lost.

Looking for a Christmas present for the Space Opera nerd in your life? The one who insists on you watching The Expanse and all of Star Trek with them although you really, truly don't care about SciFi?
