Parasaurolophus mount

I think this was my best work so far.
Inspired by the book Dinotopia, which I loved as a child. Hand sculpted from Super Sculpey polymer clay and painted.

Thot, incarnation de la sagesse et de l’art de l’écriture, était le protecteur des scribes. L’ibis et le babouin étaient les animaux sacrés du dieu Thot. Le corps de cette statuette est en bois recouvert de stuc raffiné. La tête, coiffée de la couronne atef, le cou, les plumes de la queue et les pattes sont en argent. Les yeux sont en stuc et en verre noir.

Black and white photograph of an art installation named "Des perles en mémoire" (Remembering Through Beads, 2024) by Huron-Wendat artist named Ludovic Boney, in reference to wampum belts made out of beads by members of the First Nation he is a member of, for political and trading alliances. The sculpture is made of six giant steel rings, not quite aligned and turning slightly. On the left side through one of the ring, two people can be seen walking. On the right side, a woman running can be seen through two of the rings.

Čumil the workman is taking a break in the streets of Bratislava. He is a bronze statue of a worker, by Slovak sculptor Viktor Hulík, who is emerging from underneath a manhole cover in the Old Town. Only the upper body is visible out of the manhole. He is wearing a great coat and a helmet and has his chin resting on a his hands watching the passing parade of people.

Interactions with Water by Gemma Coyle and the Yoker Community. I pass this sculpture quite regularly as I drive along Dumbarton Road in Glasgow, and it always raises a smile. There's just something I find quite charming about it.
