Apache mag eerstdaags een dagvaarding in de bus verwachten. Maar, was men zo vriendelijk mee te geven, we kúnnen een rechtszaak nog vermijden. Door meteen 5.000 euro schadevergoeding te betalen, en een passage te schrappen uit het artikel ‘Rassentheorie maakt school aan UGent’.
Uiteraard gaan we dat niet doen. Omdat we niets verkeerds geschreven hebben. En omdat het hier om niets meer, maar ook niets minder dan een poging tot intimidatie gaat.

It is appearing very likely that #RationalWiki will be dissolved this year due to lack of legal representation (no pro bono lawyers came forward and we do not have funds to hire a lawyer). Meritless #defamation lawsuits were filed against us by "human biodiversity"/"scientific racism"/pro-eugenics plaintiffs. The plaintiffs are consequently likely to win their cases by default.
