Chrissy 🐈‍⬛<p>Trotz alledem läuft die CPU wohl schon mal an. Auch die gewaltigen Lüfter sind beim ersten Einschalten mit infernalem Getöse aus ihrem mehr als 30 Jährigen Dornröschenschlaf erwacht. </p><p>Leider fehlt uns noch das komplette Konsolen-Subsystem. Dies bootet den Rechner. Das müssen wir uns aus PDP-11 Teilen zusammen bauen. Original wäre da ein <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Robotron" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Robotron</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/K1620" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>K1620</span></a> drin gewesen, der bei uns aber fehlt. </p><p>So haben wir noch einen weiten Weg vor uns, bis der Rechner wieder vollständig läuft. 2/2</p>
Chrissy 🐈‍⬛<p>Neues vom <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Robotron" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Robotron</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/K1840" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>K1840</span></a> Projekt im <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Rechenwerk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Rechenwerk</span></a> <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Halle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Halle</span></a>:</p><p>Nachdem <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://bunt.social/@senf" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>senf</span></a></span> und ich letzten Freitag Drehstrom angeschlossen haben, konnten wir die jeweils 1,6 kW starken Netzteile nacheinander testen und in Betrieb nehmen. In einem der Netzteile war eine Sicherung vergammelt.</p><p>Das Netzteil, das den RAM versorgt, hat leider früher wohl schon mal einen Schaden erlitten - Es ist ein Stück Leiterbahn verdampft und wir wissen nicht, ob das mal verbunden war, oder es da einen Überschlag gegeben hat. 1/2</p>

Chrissy 🐈‍⬛<p>Das <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Rechenwerk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Rechenwerk</span></a> in <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Halle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Halle</span></a> braucht mal einen kleinen Gefallen: Wir haben da eine <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Robotron" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Robotron</span></a> K1840 stehen, ein <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/VAX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VAX</span></a> 11/780 Nachbau. </p><p>Uns fehlt eine seltene Platine um den Rechner starten zu können. </p><p>Wir haben einen Händler in den USA ausfindig machen können, der die benötigte Platine hat, sie aber nicht auf dem Postweg nach Deutschland versenden kann. </p><p>Wir brauchen nun eine Person, die für uns die Platine mal bei passender Gelegenheit mit nach Deutschland bringt.</p>
