"Our U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organization continues to serve as both a fundraising entity, and as a resource in sharing its board members’ advice and experience."

We could hope for a good next step: the transfer of all the project's intellectual property and assets to the European non-profit entity…

Heads up for #ThingUmbrella users: Always looking to improve the overall experience, I've taken some of the recent (but not new) criticism about some package sizes/scopes to heart and started splitting up some of these larger packages, starting with thi.ng/associative. This will mean the addition of some new smaller & more focused packages, and unfortunately, also means some upcoming breaking changes (ONLY in terms of updating imports, no API changes are part of this refactoring/restructing!)

I talked to a friend from IT working in Europe, planning to move to the #US because salaries are a lot higher.
That being so, in a capitalist system, an international arbitrage of labor was to be expected.
