The election is over, Labor held strong. But what was loud and clear was that people are asking for more. The Greens made their mark, showing that our community wants bolder, more progressive action.
Peter Dutton, leader of the Liberal Party, lost his seat and incredibly, it was won by a woman with disability. That’s what representation looks like. 
Beyond the results, what matters most now is what we do together. Real change doesn’t just come from politicians— it comes from us. We can’t build a better Australia by tearing each other down.
To those who voted differently; I see you. I value you. And I will continue fighting for you, just as I will for every single person in our community.
To those who celebrate this outcome; be humble and remember that true progress includes everyone.
