Max Resing<p>While diving into the latest <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Killnet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Killnet</span></a> news, I stumbled upon something I wasn't aware yet -- the colloquially named Geneva Code of cyber-war. It defines the rules of engagement for civilian hackers involved in international conflicts.
