De hoogdag is aangebroken, hier kijken we al sinds het begin van het wegseizoen reikhalzend naar uit. Vandaag rijdt niemand z'n gras af, de kinderen krijgen onbeperkt tablet tijd, zolang ze maar stil zijn. Als rasechte Vlaming en koersliefhebber zit je vandaag de hele dag in de zetel, met enkele trappisten en wat kaasblokjes binnen handbereik, om naar de individuele tijdrit in de ronde van het Baskenland te kijken.
Een belangrijk vak in de Vlaamse opleidingen Journalistiek is Woutologie. Ik heb het beruchte examen van dit vak kunnen bemachtigen. Hoe hoog scoort u? Doe zelf de test! #rvv

Vielen Dank liebe #rvv, dass ihr die Auslieferung des Deutschlandtickets als PDF stoppt, und jetzt nur noch als Google Wallet oder Aplle Wallet Link verschickt. Es gibt auch einen schönen Nutzungshinweis dazu, mit welcher proprietären App ich das unter Android und Apple nutzen kann, aber nirgendwo steht, in welchem Format ihr das jetzt ausliefert. Google Wallet fügt es online meinem Google Konto zu, ist also eher nicht die Möglichkeit die ich möchte. Also Apple Wallet Link angeklickt, und siehe da, ich bekomme eine herunterladbare pkpass Datei. Na immerhin. Lustig auch der Hinweis: "Das Deutschlandticket im PDF-Format wird jedoch in den meisten Zügen und Bussen deutschlandweit nicht mehr anerkannt. Nur das digitale Handyticket ist weiterhin gültig." Ok, das heißt in Zukunft immer nochmal extra überprüfen, dass auch genügend Saft auf dem Handy ist. Weil der QR Code ist ja viel gültiger, wenn er von einem Bildschirm abgelesen wird, als von einem Blatt Papier.
Meine Frau hat gerade am Automaten in Saal drei Streifentickets für den #RVV am Agilis-Automaten gekauft.
Nun, sie hat es versucht.
Was rausgekommen ist, sind drei Zettel mit Kauderwelsch, die alles sind, aber keine Tickets und entsprechend auch vollkommen unbenutzbar sind.
Anruf bei der Hotline: „Wir brauchen die Automatennummer.“
Sie können tatsächlich die Nummer ihres einzigen Automaten in Saal nicht im System nachschauen!

At last I got that final but important piece for my RISC-V SBC ( @bananapi BPI-F3): the cooler. Now I can finally start compiling some big chunks of code like Qt and KDE software. I do have distributed cross-compiling set up using Icecream, but apparently you can't prevent it scheduling compile jobs locally on SBC and only send them to more powerful computers. Let the fun begin…

Just got some RISC-V hardware goodies to play with in the following days/months: BPI-F3 SBC by @bananapi with SpacemiT K1 8-core CPU supporting RVV 1.0 vector extensions. Hooked it up to the TV, booted it for the first time from a microSD with the default Bianbu GNU/Linux distro, so far so good. Will try to get Gentoo or openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma/software running next.
