Alex@rtnVFRmedia Suffolk UK<p>I don't have the kit the old bill have nor the raw video footage, but from checking a map of <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Colchester" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Colchester</span></a> the front of the building opposite is about 33 metres, it was barely a second for the car to pass. So It is very likely to have been driven in excess of the 30mph (48 km/h) speed limit in that area.
