Swede’s Photographs<p>Good morning, friends. 🌼🌷🪻</p><p>18 May 2025</p><p>Yesterday, while lounging around, I decided to watch some sports on TV and stumbled upon a game of Quadball. This fast-paced sport is based on the fictional game of Quidditch from the Harry Potter series. It’s undeniably nerdy—perhaps even a bit silly—since players run around with a broomstick (well, a regulation-length stick) between their legs. I had seen it once in The Internship and assumed it was just a comedic invention. But as it turns out, Major League Quadball (MLQ)—formerly known as Major League Quidditch—is a real, professional league in North America.
