padeluun ⁂<p>Das Landgericht Frankfurt am Main hat die Stiftung Warentest erstmals zu Schadensersatz verurteilt, weil ein Testbericht zu Rauchwarnmeldern als “unvertretbar” eingestuft wurde. Im Test von Ende 2020 erhielt ein Modell der Firma Pyrexx die Note “mangelhaft”, da es bei Testbränden angeblich zu spät auslöste. Ein Gutachten ergab jedoch, dass das verwendete Testfeuer aufgrund mangelnder Rauchdichte nicht detektierbar war, wodurch der Test als fehlerhaft gilt.
